    Once the document and data processing team receive your request, unless you have given a specific deadline, they will complete it as per their service standards:

    • urgent requests - completed in 1 working day
    • normal requests - completed in 3 working days.

    Typed documents will be provided as digital files and sent to you via email, unless you have stated otherwise.
