    • Telephone allowances

    This policy outlines the conditions under which employees may receive financial support for telephone use. Eligibility is based on the necessity for the postholder to be contactable outside normal working hours due to the nature and urgency of their role. Executive Directors, in consultation with the Executive Director of Corporate Resources, are authorised to approve allowances. The allowance is tied to the post, not the individual, and may be amended or withdrawn with notice.
