Maternity pay and leave policy and procedure
This policy outlines the entitlements and procedures for employees during their pregnancy, maternity leave and upon a return to work. It provides guidance on:

- Statutory and contractual maternity leave and pay
- Time off to attend ante-natal appointments

- Keeping in touch days
