Managers and staff took the time out to develop their understanding of people with diverse needs in our workforce and heard authentic and inspiring perspectives from our colleagues in the LGBT+, disability, veteran, and faith communities.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council equalities champion, Paul Bellotti, commented: On behalf of the council's corporate leadership team (CLT) we are really interested in how we can best create and foster a workplace where there is fairness and mutual respect amongst us all.
