Attracting a modern workforce:

Promoting an age inclusive workforce

Description

It was the sixth in our series of quarterly two-way staff forums. This time we considered age inclusivity. We want to make sure that everyone has a rich and fulfilling journey at every stage of their working life. The focus was on ageing better and planning for retirement which are important at any age. We heard about what we can do at an organisational and individual level, with presentations from The Centre for Ageing Better and Live Well Work Well.

We also learned about theĀ  flexible retirement policy.

As well as how we can plan for retirement with a presentation from Affinity Connect who are commissioned by East Riding Pensions to provide retirement planning courses.

The downloadable document highlights the questions asked during the forum and a written response to each.
