This forum explored the benefits of having a diverse workforce and discussed ways we can support staff who have a disability and those who develop a disability during their employment.
Seven speakers attended the event, sharing their thoughts and views with staff. The forum also featured a myth-busting animation, which was put together with help from the disabled support network.
The downloadable document highlights the questions asked during the forum and a written response to each.
