Description
This EDI forum focused on frontline staff and how we can better communicate with and support these employees.
The forum included presentations on:
- EDI forums held so far and the difference these have made
- our staff networks which provide peer support for colleagues from LGBT+ colleagues, disabled staff, employees who are carers and employees who have served in the armed forces
- supporting the mental wellbeing of front-line workers
- supporting physical wellbeing of front-line workers (including our ageing frontline workforce)
- communicating and engaging with our front-line workers.
