The forum gave us the opportunity to share the organisation's workforce ambitions in the areas of equality, diversity and inclusion, and explain how these are embedded in our people strategy.
Many people took the opportunity to ask questions or make comments during the session. We answered a number on the day, but agreed to share all questions and provide answers after the event. As you will see there were quite a lot! We have also reviewed the comments and points made and used them to update our proposed EDI action plan.
