The council has a voluntary redundancy policy in place. The application window for voluntary redundancy is now closed.

No applications will be considered outside of the application window.

We are not obliged to accept an application for voluntary redundancy. The notional leaving date (expected last day of employment) for any voluntary redundancy application made during the last window is Saturday 31 October 2026.
