This is a secure web-based application that allows you to track all card purchases and cash withdrawals made using a council purchase card.

Application overview

If you are a cardholder or approver for a purchase card, this secure online service from the Bank of Scotland allows you to:

• login
• view all transactions made with a purchase card
• track monthly and yearly spending
• split transactions across multiple cost codes
• run reports
• approve transactions (depending on your level of access).

Request an account login

Once you have applied for a purchase card and this has been approved, you will be provided with:

• a link to login to SmartData
• your username and password.
