  • Armed Forces Reservists Guidelines

    These guidelines ensure reservists are treated fairly and supported before, during, and after mobilisation for military service. It covers employee and manager responsibilities, types of reservists, mobilisation procedures, rights to reinstatement, pay and pension arrangements, and wellbeing support. The council commits to upholding the Armed Forces Covenant and maintaining employment continuity for reservists, while also ensuring service delivery is managed during their absence.
