Procure to Pay (cProc)

    Introduction

    This is a cloud-based online procurement application that allows us to manage vendors, create and approve orders, and pay for products and services.

    Application overview

    You can use the Procure to Pay application to:

    • set up a new vendor
    • create an order from a catalogue
    • generate a non catalogue order
    • submit an order for approval
    • certify an order has been received
    • pay an invoice (via East Riding Financials add-on).

    The use of the system allows us to:

    • generate efficiency savings
    • eliminate non-contract spend
    • monitor service expenditure.

    Make sure you include:

    • purchase order prefixes and approval chains (if known)
    • level of access you require (you can provide the name of another user who has the same role).

    Training course

    When we receive your completed form we'll email you a link to the Procure to Pay training course.

    You must complete this before your account can be authorised.

    Next steps

    When you have finished the course, we will receive a confirmation email. We will then send your login username and password via email.

    Please note:
    If you are given access to Procure to Pay, you will also have access to the East Riding Financials (Masterpiece) Procure to Pay add-on.

    Access changes

    You will need to tell us if you have changed roles and require different account access.

    • update your account with the appropriate access.

    Delete an existing user

    You must tell us if you or someone in your team is changing job role or leaving so we can deactivate their account.
