Schemes through your salary

Join our pension scheme

As a member of the East Riding Pension Fund (ERPF), you can secure your future income and protect against redundancy or illness.
Voluntary health cash plans

You can sign up to one of our health cash plans through Vivup. They allow you to claim money towards every day healthcare costs such as dental check-ups and prescriptions.
Donate to charity via your salary

You can contribute the spare change from your salary (up to 99p) to our charity partners via Microhive scheme.
Sign up to cycle to work

This scheme allows you to hire a bike and/or cycling equipment to help with your commute to work.

Worked at the council for 25 years?

You can request a £100 love2shop gift card if you have 25 years of continuous service. If you have had a break in service you will not be eligible, with the exception of TUPE. Refer to the long service award policy for more information.
