Introduction
If you’d like to relax, de-stress and reset during the working week, why not join our free, weekly, staff yoga session? It’s a great way to stretch, recharge and support your flexibility, mobility and wellbeing.
About the session
Our weekly yoga session is available to all staff and suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
The session takes place every Wednesday lunchtime from 12noon to 12.45pm in the Ceremony Room at the Treasure House, Beverley.
You need to book on to the session each week and are advised to arrive no later than 11.55am to allow time to find a space for your yoga mat and settle in. The door will be locked at 12noon to make sure there are no distractions and to maintain a calm environment.
Equipment
All you need for the session is a yoga mat and suitable clothing that allows for flexible movements. We recommend you bring your own yoga mat, but if you don’t have one, we have a limited number available to borrow.

- returned immediately after the class.
