    This is a workforce management application designed to automatically manage the time of office and field based staff, removing the need for manual rostering and worksheets.

    Application overview

    You can use Webroster to:

    • record details of:
      • carer visits to customers accessing community support and lifeline services
      • extra care housing users at Appleton Court
      • supported housing service users
    • check records of clients related to your work.

    Request an account login for a staff member

    If you have a member of staff who requires access to Webroster, follow the steps below.

    Make a request

    To request an account for a member of your team in community support, lifeline, Appleton Court or supported housing, contact the adult social care digital and technology team. You can:

    Please provide the following details for your member of staff:

    • full name
    • job title
    • the permissions they require.

    Next steps

    When we receive your request we will set up the account for your member of staff. Please make sure they are aware of their data protection responsibilities.

    Your responsibilities

    Once you are set up with an account, you:

    • are responsible for any data entered on to the system
    • should only view client records as part of your work
    • should never share your login details or let anyone else login to the system using your details.

    All data stored in the system is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.

    Please note:
    Any breach of data or misuse of account logins can lead to disciplinary action.
