    Introduction

This is a customised dashboard that uses analytics to help you understand when and how your online content is being accessed, and by whom.

    Application overview

With a customised dashboard, you can access a range of data about your online content, such as:

    • how many page views your pages receive (and which are the most popular)
    • the average time people usually spend on the site
    • what days and times are most popular
    • gather data for specific time periods
    • which devices are used to access the site.

How this can help your service area improve your online content

A dashboard can help you to identify:

    • how successful a marketing campaign has been
    • where you might need to promote your services in different ways
    • areas to improve based on previous performance.

    Request an account login

You do not need an account to access a dashboard.

The custom URL for your dashboard will be shared with you when it is set up. It will also be added to the list of available dashboards below.

    Available dashboards

The majority of the websites we manage have a dashboard providing a general overview of statistics and data for the site. From the filter below select the category for your chosen website.

    Request a dashboard

If you would like a custom dashboard for your section of the intranet, or website, you can ask us to create one.

    What you’ll need to provide
