Translation and interpretation main portal (AA Global)

On this page:

    Introduction

This main portal from AA global is one of two applications you’ll need to access their translation and interpreting services. It also provides access to more than 500 languages and dialects.

Full guidance on how to access translation and interpretation services is also available on the intranet.

    Application overview

You can use the AA Global portal to:

    • make or amend bookings for interpreting services, such as telephone or face-to-face
    • request written and audio translation services, and upload relevant files
    • ask for alternative formats including large print, easy read and braille.

    Account types

There are two levels of access available:

    General account

With a general account you’ll be able to:

    • access video interpreting services
    • access a PIN to use the on-demand landline telephone service
    • issue other team members with a PIN so they can use the on-demand landline telephone service (dependent on your role).

    Admin account

With an administrator account, you can access the same services as a general account, but you’ll also be able to:

    • invite users to set up an individual account
    • disable other users within your team if they leave or change roles and no longer require access.
Need to access the on-demand landline telephone service only?

You do not need an account. If another member of your team has an account, check with them first as they may be able to issue you with a PIN to access the service.
