Room bookings for smartphones (NowSpace)

    Introduction

    This app, available for both Apple and Android Smartphones, allows you to make, amend, or cancel corporate room bookings while you are on the move.

    Application overview

    Meeting rooms

    You can use NowSpace to:

    • view floor plans and facilities for meeting rooms at:
      • Bridlington Town Hall
      • County Hall, Beverley
      • Goole Council Offices
    • check for availability
    • book, edit and cancel meeting rooms.

    Please note:
    You can not book catering in NowSpace. Please use the ERYC booking system (Resource Scheduler) application.

    Desk reservations

    You can no longer book desks using NowSpace and need to use the Asset Booker system.

    Request an account login

    You can use your network login and password to login to NowSpace.
