    Introduction

    Application overview

You can use Microsoft Teams to:

    • chat with colleagues online
    • request a team to be created for your service area team or project group

    • share and collaborate on files stored on OneDrive
    • access Microsoft 365 training.

    Request an account login

The account process is automated for you as a new starter at the council.

You can log in with your email address and network password.

After you have logged onto the desktop app for the first time, Teams will automatically open and be ready for you to use whenever you log onto your laptop or desktop computer.

    Please note:

When you change your network password, your password for Microsoft Teams will change too.
