Introduction

This is a performance management application that enables council services to monitor their performance.

Application overview

InPhase is the software used to deliver corporate performance information including:

• the council performance framework, based on our priorities
• directorate leadership team (DLT) performance wheels
• bespoke operational dashboards for service areas.

Custom dashboards help our services monitor and improve their performance. If your service has a dashboard you can:

• view your data
• input new or update existing data
• request access to a dashboard
• share the findings within meetings.

Request an account login

Networked computer users

If you are connected to the council network, you will automatically be logged in with your network username and password.

Staff working in the field

If you aren't connected to the council network but require access to InPhase you can request access via the ICT customer portal.

What you'll need to provide:

Make sure you include the following on your request:

• your network username (you can find this on your desktop)
• the name of the dashboard you need access to
• the level of access you require - viewing or data entry.

What happens next

When we receive your completed form requesting access we will:

• ask the corporate performance and strategy team to review your request
• if approved, we’ll set up your account login and advise you on the details.
