Introduction

This asset management application allows us to keep track of, and maintain, public assets within the East Riding, such as trees, streetlights, and roadside gullies.

Application overview

You can use the Confirm asset management application to:

• access records of our range of public assets
• capture, store and update details of their:
• location
• physical condition
• operational requirements.

It also provides instant data insight allowing us to make informed decisions on the repair, maintenance and investment of critical assets against constrained budgets and timescales. Confirm is available on both desktop computers and mobile devices. It is provided to us by Brightly.

To request an account login for Confirm, you need to raise a request on the ICT customer portal. You must also provide details of why you need access to Confirm in your request.
