Corporate property information system (Campus)

    Introduction

    This is an asset management system, provided by Concerto, that allows you to report repairs, raise maintenance requests and view basic information about the property and land the council owns or has an interest in and who occupies it.

    Application overview

    You can use the corporate property information system to:

    • find and view basic information about property, land or other council assets
    • check to see if any issues have been raised on a council asset
    • report a maintenance issue in a council building, such as a broken window or faulty toilet
    • raise a repair request for other council property, such as a car park or bus shelter.

    Advanced users

    Advanced users can:

    • access more information about our property and land, such as:
      • lease details
      • valuations
      • orders
      • invoices
    • add, delete and manage site and asset information.

    Request an account login

    Standard users

    You can use your network login and password to login to Campus as a standard account user.

    Please note

    Make sure you select the 'Log in with your network credentials' option from the system screen.

    Advanced users

    If you need access to further Campus modules, you will need to request an advanced account:
