You’ll receive a notification via email to tell you when the employee section of the form has been completed.
It is your responsibility to check that the details on the application match the identity of the team member (or the preferred candidate). You must not submit the form unless you are sure that all the details correspond.

Follow the steps below to check and submit the final form.
Use the button below to open the application. Then log in using your unique username and password.
Find the relevant application on your dashboard. You may need to use the search to narrow down the application list.
Select Edit on the relevant row.
You must now check all the details entered by your team member (or the preferred candidate) are an exact match to the documents that they have provided to prove their identity.
Check the:
You will now be asked to enter information to prove you have seen proof of identity that meets the route 1 validation requirements. Read more about valid forms of ID on the GOV.UK website.
Tick the checkbox at the end of Please tick here to select Route 1 validation.
Select the dropdown arrow next to the identity documents you have been given by your team member (or the preferred candidate).
For example, if you have seen passport details, select the arrow next to Applicant’s Passport Details.
Then enter the details as shown on the document. Make sure you have entered this correctly as a system check will be carried out using this information.
Now confirm you have seen sufficient documents in line with the DBS requirements.
Tick the checkbox at the end of Current address details checked against documentation.
Then tick the checkbox at the end of Evidence seen and checked.
Enter your full name in the By name field.
Details of the check will display again. You do not need to amend these details.
Select the Submit button.
You will receive a notification via email when the DBS check has been completed.

If you experience an issue entering the driving licence details for your team member (or the preferred candidate), please return to the DBS application and make sure that the employee’s middle name has been entered.
As digits 12 and 13 of a driving licence number are the initial of the holder’s first and middle name, if the middle name is missing from the DBS application the verification will fail and you will not be able to progress.

Checks that have not been completed within 60 days are automatically escalated as a priority.
You can check the status of an application at any time on DBS online. Just search for the application from your dashboard.
