Who we are
Our corporate resources directorate consists of the following areas of work:
- Finance
- People services
- Legal and democratic services
- Digital, change and technology.
Service and action plans
Service plans
Our service plans describe what each of our service areas will deliver.
They provide information about the service and what it aims to achieve in the current financial year.
Action plan
After looking over the results of the staff survey, we have put together a directorate action plan.
Scheme of delegation
Our scheme of delegation provides information on who in our service area has been given responsibility to make decisions on behalf of the senior leadership team, and what those responsibilities relate to.
